Our services
Adults and teens
Individual therapy involves working one-on-one with a therapist to address a wide variety of concerns. You and your counselor will collaborate to develop your treatment plan, which may include processing your emotions, problem solving, learning new behavioral and communication skills, role playing different scenarios, and identifying skills to practice outside of session.
Individual therapy is available in person or via telehealth.
Children
Young people often need additional support in coping with their big feelings and managing their behavior. Therapy for children and adolescents often incorporates art, board games, and other play into treatment. Parents are often invited to participate in their children’s therapy sessions.
Recommend in-person treatment for younger children; older children and teens may be ready for telehealth.
Couples
When you feel like the bond between you and your partner is strained, whether due to communication challenges or outside stressors, it can have ripple affects on both of your wellbeing. The goal of couples therapy is to develop the skills to navigate challenges, foster intimacy, and build a lasting, satisfying partnership.
We recommend attending couples therapy in person, but your therapist can discuss telehealth options with you depending on your and your partner’s needs.
Families
Families come in all shapes and sizes, and any type of family can go through challenges that impact your relationships . Through family therapy, you can learn how to communicate better and heal your connections as you come together in the therapy space. We recognize both families of origin and found families.
We recommend attending family therapy in person, but your therapist can discuss telehealth options with you depending on your family’s needs.
